Utertovesicle Junction

PRINT COULIS CHEESECAKE WITH RED FRUIT


This tart is a classic we do at home, which everyone likes and never goes wrong.
At other times the ornament with fruit above but this time I made a coulis of red fruit is still better.

INGREDIENTS:

300 grms.
Philadelphia cheese 1 can of condensed milk (small)
Measurement of condensed milk, regular milk 4 eggs
For the coulis:
250 grms.
frozen red berries 3 tablespoons sugar

PREPARATION:

pan is smeared with butter and flour.

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Pour the batter into the pan and cook at 180 º for 45 minutes. You know that each oven is a world, time is not exact.

I like to make the cake yesterday afternoon and coulis I do it the same day.

red fruits are taken out of the freezer 2 to 3 hours before.
For the coulis I have beaten the red fruit with 3 tablespoons of sugar and then I have gone through a Chinese.
