potatoes 8 to 10 garlic
flour 1 tablespoon salt
Water Chopped parsley Olive oil
PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes into 1 cm. approx.
Peel and chop the garlic with the parsley, put the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic, when browned add some potatoes and stir well, add the flour, turn to remove and add water just to the cover, put salt and let cook over medium heat, covered, for 15 minutes, uncover and let another 5 minutes to fire a little stronger.
serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
